From childhood I had a passion towards business and dreamed to be an entrepreneur like my grandfather. To give wings to my dreams,in 1995 I enrolled in MES College for the BBA course which was the first batch of Business administration under MG UNIVERSITY. This was also the first batch of students in MES.
Being the first batch we had to go through a lot of hardships. Being a new course proper text books and guidelines were not available. The college infrastructure was in a developing phase. Being in an uncertain situation like this always prompted me to think beyond textbooks. Also I used to always think the practical applications of the concepts learned in business administration classes. I believe that before you take up any course you should have a clarity about the career you wish to pursue.

I completed the BBA course in 1998 and moved to Dubai in 1999 tostart my career as an entrepreneur.In 2010 I enrolled in American University,Dubai to pursue Post graduation in Business Management.

Every businessman will go through struggling periods. Struggling periods are opportunities for us to recognize our strengths and weaknesses and channelize our efforts to succeed. We get the energy to go through the struggle if we can see the end in mind.
All such situations has been a learning curve for me as a leader. A real leader will accept the struggle and fight till the end to bring the desired goal. The most important thing is that once you overcome the struggle don’t forget it but analyze the struggle and find permanent solutions to the problems and not settle with temporary corrections. This approach will ensure that each struggle is a learning point which will enable us to work out sustainable solutions which can be implemented in future when the same problem comes up.

My grandfather was the first person who influenced me a lot in my life. He was also an entrepreneur. He taught me to value relationships above everything and also fulfill commitments.
Another person who has influenced me greatly is Jimmy Wales, the owner of Wikipedia. He is not the richest man in the world but he is a man who chose to provide knowledge to the world than earn money through that.

I have a busy schedule but once a week I take off to spend time with my family. I believe in quality and not quantity.
So whatever time I get with my family, we talk a lot, share our experiences and connect with each other.

The passion towards business ,thinking beyond textbooks and applying concepts learned in real life situations has been my formula for myself to run a sustainable business.

The formula for others in a corporate culture myself l have created a Group Philosophy along with a culture and habits to implement inside the organization so the business will runs its own because it’s giving right direction to the followers..

As business owner l always think about the happiness of the employees and the sustainability of the organization..

To achieve this as a owner l believe l have to be with the discomfort zone of employees and give the environmental freedom along with right direction to them and be with them and stay with them until they are comfortable for the sustainability of there happiness..
